Local Resources
Cribs for Kids Program. The Pointe Coupee General Hospital offers free baby beds to those who are at 300% poverty level. That is if you make less than $38,640 if you are by yourself, $52,260 if you are a family of two and $65,880 if you are a family of three. Find out more info HERE.
Give Your Baby a Healthy Start
Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs can harm your baby. It is important not to smoke, drink, or use drugs while pregnant. Now is the time to do everything you can to have a healthy baby. Visit this link for Tips for Pregnant Women and New Mothers.
