A Message About COVID-19
We understand that this might be a scary time for you and your family members with the coronavirus (COVID – 19) spread. There are a few things you can do to decrease your chance of getting the coronavirus.
- Clean your hands often and ensure others do the same
- Clean and disinfect surfaces daily
- Stay at home when at all possible
- Keep a few weeks of foods that won’t go bad on hand
- Make sure you have enough of your medicines on hand
Please call our office if you are not sure and call your pharmacy if you will need a refill in the next month. Please take all of your medicines to stay healthy.
If you think you have been exposed to the coronavirus, or have symptoms such as a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please call an Arbor Family Health Clinic and we will advise on next steps. This is important!

We want to help keep you healthy and have plans in place to manage your care.
We accept all major insurances to better serve your family – and we also offer sliding-fee discounts for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
With four primary care clinics, three school-based clinics and a mobile unit – we provide excellent care for families in Pointe Coupee, Iberville and Avoyelles parishes.
We help to keep your whole family healthy by providing general healthcare services – with a focus on delivering top-quality, compassionate care.
Our clinics not only improve the health of local families, they also help to improve the local economy. For example, in 2016 Arbor Family Health provided 80 jobs for people throughout our communities.
While Arbor Family Health is known for providing top quality general healthcare services, we also offer dental care and mental health services for every member of your family.
We are truly committed to caring for every member of your family. In 2016, we treated more than 7,400 patients – including nearly 2,400 children and more than 5,000 adults of all ages.
Our mission is to provide affordable, quality primary healthcare services to local communities. We are focused on delivering preventative health services with compassion and efficiency.
Leading You to Better Health
Our vision is to be your healthcare home of choice. We will accomplish this through collaboration between our staff, Board of Trustees and communities – working together to develop effective healthcare services. We will also remain dedicated to providing all people who are medically underserved with quality care – upholding their rights, privileges and responsibilities as members of our community. In addition, we will assist the communities of Pointe Coupee, Southern Avoyelles and Northern Iberville parishes in achieving their potential to live healthy and purposeful lives. By providing health education, family support and community resources, we will encourage all citizens to take responsibility for their own health.
